At pmv7, our priority is your satisfaction. If you find a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions: Deadlines

Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Visible Damage: For items like broken glass or missing parts, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging. Beyond this period, damage will be considered the result of misuse. Return Conditions The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified by the customer. Resolution Options Once the product is received and inspected, the customer may choose:

An exchange for another item in stock.

A full refund of the product value. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition. Warranty All products have a 30-day warranty. To activate it, send a short video or clear photos demonstrating the defect, along with the original packaging and shipping label. The warranty does not cover:

Aesthetic damage occurring after purchase (scratches, dents).

Damage caused by liquids or unauthorized repair attempts.
